InstaFreez distributes air conditioners, air coolers, fans and their accessories. The catalogue covers portable as well as fixed units, from a single-room monobloc to a reversible split, along with the consumables and parts that go with them.

Who publishes this site

This site is published by AIR CONDITIONER, whose registered office is at 1 rue de Fay, 77930 Chailly-en-Bière, France. All mandatory particulars appear on the Legal notice page.

Choosing the right appliance

Power is chosen according to the volume of the room, its insulation and its exposure. Each product page states the recommended area, the power in BTU, the energy class and the noise level: those are the four figures to compare. When in doubt, write to us before ordering rather than after.

Installation and refrigerant gases

A fixed air conditioner containing refrigerant gases must be installed by a professional holding a certificate of competence, in accordance with the European regulation on fluorinated greenhouse gases. We have our own certified technicians: installation is free of charge in Paris and quoted elsewhere, according to the location. It is never included in the price of the product. Portable appliances need no intervention: you plug them in.

Taking back your old appliance

Under the waste electrical and electronic equipment scheme, we take your old appliance back free of charge with any purchase of equivalent equipment. Mention it when ordering.
